Active Flex

All levels welcome. No prerequisites required

This class teaches the fundamental of active flexibility through physiotherapy based, specialised exercises that aim to improve posture, cardio, strength and mobility, which means a healthier you!

If your aim is to increased flexibility to boost your dance, pole and/or aerials performance, active flex is a must! Your range of flexibility increases whilst building and maintaining stability and strength in your maximum range to keep your joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles safe.

These exercises work surprisingly fast with consistent classes. Active flex is your prerequisite to the contortion class series.
