intro to pole 5 week course (Step 1)

If you have never done pole before, please sign up to our intro to pole course where you can learn the basics at a slow pace with detailed explanations and demonstrations. You will be in a class where everyone is in the same boat. Once you have completed the intro course, you can then jump into our beginner level ongoing classes to grow your skills, strength, and confidence!

Beginner Pole

Prerequisite: Introduction to Pole 5-week course or already have a good command and technique of the basics.

Beginner pole is the link between the Intro course and the intermediate level. With a strategically designed beginner syllabus to help you further build strength and confidence, it will set your skills up beautifully for an even more exciting adventure in the intermediate level, pole flow, choreography, heels and spin pole classes.

Beginner Spin Pole

Prerequisite: At least 50% of the beginner syllabus completed. Unsure if you are ready? Ask your teacher and they will let you know!

Beginner spin is about introducing you to spin pole technique while learning how to utilise moves you have learned in your beginner syllabus. You will also explore how to link moves together to create some exciting combos and longer, creative sequences. Spin pole is heaps of fun and you will be given your own spin syllabus to learn from, setting you up beautifully for intermediate spin!

Mixed Level Pole

Minimum prerequisite: Introduction to Pole 5-week course

Mixed level class opens up an option on time timetable for you, if you have completed their 5 week intro to pole course and are working on your beginner syllabus or above. Regardless of your level, you will be working from your own syllabus.

If your class mates are working on something that is at a much higher level and you find yourself feeling intimidated, just remember, they started where you are now! Feel free to have a chat to them about how they started their journey and the challenges they faced. Everyone at Limitless is absolutely lovely and you might just make a friend.

POLE FIT: MIXED LEVEL LOW FLOW

Prerequisite: Must be able to do basic forward and backward shoulder rolls, pirouette and perform standard static spins with ease.


This class focusses on the domain where the ground meets the pole. You will learn beautiful tricks & transitions leading into a short choreography, that will not only challenge you but will significantly grow your repertoire as a pole dancer and/or performer. Best thing about it is it's FUN, a great workout and caters to beginners - high intermediate students.


Wear what you feel comfortable in! If you want to dance in heels you are welcome to bring them along however we recommend first focusing on improving low flow skills in socks, before adding the challenge of heels. Staying hydrated is important so do bring a drink bottle, knee pads are highly recommended to keep your knees comfortable. Please wear deodorant and freshen up before class.

Intermediate & beyond

Prerequisite: Completed 90% of the beginner pole syllabus.

Intermediate level is ideal for anyone who is well versed in the basics. Talk to Natasha to see if you are ready for this level. You will be given an exciting new Intermediate syllabus followed by intermediate-advance syllabus that increase in complexity and coolness as you develop your strength and flexibility. Rest assured, you can progress at your own pace.

Intermediate Spin pole

Prerequisite: Have a good command of the intermediate basics. Pease get in touch for specifics.

Learn how to apply your beginner and intermediate moves to spin pole using proper technique to create beautiful transitions, sequences and flow. Spin pole is great fun and is certainly a full body workout!
