Our Teachers

Our instructors are highly experienced in their field. Most of our instructors are multi-talented, being well versed in multiple disciplines, well known in the pole and circus industry and are also seasoned performers.

Natasha Patel

Natasha Patel - Studio Owner, Pole, Active Flexbility

Natasha started her pole journey in 2009 and since has been teaching, competing and performing ever since. Natasha specialises in a style of teaching which heavily focuses on technique and accurate muscle engagement, while creating a positive and nurturing environment. This ensures her students succeed in achieving their fitness goals safely and efficiently while building strength, flexibility and most important of all, self confidence!

She also specialises in coaching students for performances and competitions which includes training students to further develop their skills in movement quality, how to choreograph a routine and interacting with the audience.

In addition to Pole, Natasha teaches Active Flexibility & basic Handstand skills which are great cross training tools for any Pole, Aerial or ground based disciplines.

She is a dog mom and loves training her bull terrier, kelpie cross called Theo.

Polina Kuptsova

Pole

Polina is a resident beast-machine, with her mighty biceps officially recognized by the Strength Award at Pole Legends 2022. You can usually find her floating in a powerful spin combo or leaping into a dynamic flip.

With a wealth of experience competing throughout the country over the years, she is passionate about helping her students succeed and places a big emphasis on good technique and execution. Polina aims to create a fun, challenging, and rewarding experience and takes great pride in witnessing people progress and exceed their own expectations!

When she's not defying gravity at the studio, Polina loves immersing herself in a good fantasy book, cosplaying as an elven princess, and caring for her two fluffy feline overlords: Baton and Chopik.

Jehan Alban

Pole

Jehan, the toe pointing queen, began her pole journey in 2019 when her best friend said “come to this fitness class, I think you’ll be good at it” and dragged her to an Intro to Pole course. Her best friend wasn’t wrong and Jehan hasn’t looked back since!

After an absolutely adorapole first performance at the Limitless Showcase, Jehan has been hooked on putting on a good show and entertaining the crowd. She loves spinning, twirling and getting all sorts of dizzy.

Jehan has a background in nursing, but these days, her muggle job involves being a sunscreen police and sharing the beautiful world of cosmetic injectables with her patients.

When you walk into her classes, she is one of those people who brightens up your day, especially if you have had a rough one.

Her favourite thing about teaching is watching her students eyes light up when they discover what their bodies can achieve in the wonderful world of pole!

Helen Main

Pole, Active Flexibility, Floor Flow

Our slinky low flow pro, Helen loves sharing the joy of creative expression more than anything else in the world – except maybe for getting nerdy about movement!

Helen first discovered pole in 2008, working as a stripper & a Showgirl in clubs around Auckland. In 2019, she finally set foot in Limitless Studio, where - being serious about her commitment to pole - she took the Intro Course & fell in love with pole all over again! Helen began teaching pole in 2021, and later began teaching Active flexibility and floor flow dance classes.

Helen works as a full time personal trainer. Her love of the gym and her desire to share it with others has grown only stronger. She believes deeply in meeting people where they’re at, focusing on skill & strength related goals & encouraging her clients to create sustainable habits that support their lifestyle.

Recent performances include Splore, The Devils Ballroom, Fellowship of the Bling & multiple shows for Heavenly Creatures Collective, as well as stepping on stage at Dynasty Pole Competition & placing at Pole Inferno in 2022.

When she’s not teaching, coaching or training, she’s most likely to be found reading, hanging out with her cat Gandalf, spending time with her family or wandering in the forest or by the sea.

Olya ostasheva

Pole

Olya began her pole journey at the end of 2020 as a means of battling post-lockdown blues, never imagining just how far this adventure would take her. With a tendency to obsess over her favorite things, pole has become a new subject to absolutely nerd out over, providing her with an opportunity to get creative and theatrical while improving her strength and flexibility.

She adores teaching beginners, finding immense joy in helping others unlock their potential and sharing the excitement for the skills their bodies are yet to achieve. She is a big believer in giving yourself a fair chance to prove what you're capable of, and you might be pleasantly surprised!

Outside the studio, she gets into shenanigans with her evil twin Polina, plays a Celtic harp, and continues to amass an ever-growing collection of plushie animals (44 as of the time of writing).

Christa Ting

Aerial Silks & Hoop

Christa Ting has become quite the spectacle within our industry as she has fallen in love with, and excelled in Aerial Acrobatics and Ground based Contortion. Starting out in 2017 after a mixed background in competitive Taekwon-Do & Pole – this one’s back bend is the envy of all. She spins effortlessly through the air with a beautiful Contortion style that is unique and hypnotising.

Christa has stared in many stage shows (such as Twilight Zone, Garden of Lilith, Umbra and Wicked Grounds), as well as festival and corporate events nationwide.

Christa teaches Aerials at from an introductory level right through to advance at Limitless. She finds teaching incredibly rewarding. Accountant by day, Aerial teacher by night and in between, she loves making candles for her side business, Lumiere. Christa is a dog person through and through, with 2 gorgeous German shepherds in her family called Bear and Cleo.

Carolyn Dwyer

Aerial Silks & Hoop

Carolyn discovered aerials back in 2014 on a whim, to seek a creative outlet while getting fit. She was unaware aerial fitness would turn into a huge passion and furthermore, found a community of likeminded people and long-lasting friendships.

Carolyn loves teaching aerial silks and enjoys breaking down the technique and wraps for drops sequences and dynamic movement. She has found teaching beginner students a particularly rewarding experience as she watches them develop and learn new skills on their aerial journey.

Outside of aerials Carolyn enjoys a variety of hobbies including gardening and caring for bonsai. She also enjoys passing her time running through aerial silks sequences and troubleshooting new ways to help her students achieve their goals.

Shaz Stevens

Aerial Silks & Hoop

Shaz has always been fascinated with what the human body is capable of and has explored this interest mainly through yoga and running before finding aerial silks in 2020.

It was love at first invert and she hasn't looked back! Shaz has been training in silks and lyra at Limitless Studio since 2021, eventually becoming a teacher in 2023. What she loves about aerials is that it is both physically and mentally challenging and rewarding - it's a way to stay fit as well as overcome fears, frustrations and those pesky negative stories we tell ourselves.

Shaz loves seeing her students grow stronger, more flexible and more powerful with each class. She is also a firm advocate for not letting your age dictate what you think your body can do. Shaz started silks at 40 and performed in the Limitless student showcase in 2023.

Alicia Lloyd

Aerial Hoop & Active Flexibility

Having discovered a passion for circus arts at a late age, Alicia quickly developed an obsession with aerial hoop and contortion, with interests in aerial hammock, aerial chair and most recently aerial net.

She began her teaching career in aerial hoop and flexibility alongside her professional career in 2023. Alicia has performed at festivals such as Spectrum and AUM, plus various corporate events and loves the creative outlet this provides.

Alicia is incredibly passionate about sharing her knowledge with students and helping them grow their skills, strength and self confidence as she has! Alicia works in a lab by day, loves walks outdoors, reading and has a very cute cat named Cookie.

Christina Wang

Aerial Hoop

An unapologetic multipotentialite who believes that self-love is the key to happiness, and life's true magic lies in embracing the unknown and pursuing your passions.

In the daytime, Christina tames the dollar billers in the office with AFFs (Another Fxxking Form). At night, she teaches her students how to be limitless!

Christine came to realize that the hoop isn't merely a circular apparatus suspended in the air; rather, it mirrors the essence of life – an unending cycle of obstacles, victories, and awe-inspiring moments, seamlessly weaving together a tapestry of experiences.

With no relevant background at all, Christina’s journey into aerial arts began in July 2019. What started as a simple quest for fitness blossomed into a love affair with the hoop. Now, Christina loves sharing that joy with others, passing on the transformative magic inherent in the world of aerial arts.

When not at the circus she’s usually hanging out on her 2 horses, doing stunts on movie sets or producing new shows or projects. She loves food so if you’re ever running late make sure to bring nice snacks to appease her.

Jenna has been teaching aerial hammock, pole and flex since 2015. She stepped away from the dance competition scene to focus on building her company, Lusid (@lusidhair), which offers the gift of hair happiness.

As an instructor, she loves being a part of her students' journey, to see them grow stronger, develop their own movement style and tell stories through performance.

Gemma-Jayde Naidoo

Kelen Newey

Aerial Silks

Kelen found her love for aerial silks when she was just 11 years old. She was completely taken with how fun, exhilarating and graceful it could be all at the same time! She trained aerials for 2 years, and then stumbled upon the world of dance, which captivated her life for 7 years. When she rediscovered silks in 2022, the dance background seamlessly blended with the aerial silks' expertise, creating a unique combination of grace and strength.

She pondered for a long time whether she would face the Student Showcase in 2023, but after conquering it she was quick to sign up for the second round in 2024!

As an administrative health & safety worker during the day, aerial silks is a breath of fresh air at night. It's the perfect way to socialise, exercise and express yourself

"At my first class of Intro to Pole Fitness, I was sure I had made a terrible mistake. She helped me find exercises at my skill level, she supported me and she never let me feel bad for being at a different level to others. Her incredible way of teaching boosted my confidence and celebrated my incremental gains - then pushed me further! After finishing the intro course, I felt so much stronger and determined to keep improving - I’ve never been an exercise person, but I’m now I’m hooked on pole and love coming to my classes!
