Liability Waiver all students must agree to:
I/We hereby understand and acknowledge that the training, programs and events held by the LIMITLESS STUDIO may expose me to many inherent risks, including accidents, injury, illness, or even death. I/We assume all risk of injuries associated with participation including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, and all other such risks being known and appreciated by me.
I/We hereby acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns that might conflict with participation in activity. I/We acknowledge that I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing the physical activity I choose to participate in.
After having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of acceptance of my participation and the LIMITLESS STUDIO furnishing services to me, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE the LIMITLESS STUDIO, its officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in the LIMITLESS STUDIO training, programs and/or events.
By my acceptance I/We indicate that I/We have read and understand this Waiver of Liability. I am aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
PURCHASE policy:
Credit and Debit Card transactions
All fees and other amounts paid to Limitless Studio under this Agreement are non-refundable in all events unless required by law.
For payments made via MindBody & Ezidebit, there is a fee of 2.95% on the purchase amount. This is the card processing charges by EziDebit, the debit/credit card company, and is not in our control.
This charge does not show when you book as it is not part of the purchase fee, but it will be deducted from your card when you pay for your purchase .
Credit payments made online, normally take 2-3 days to be deducted from your account (even though it will show in your MindBody account as paid). If you do not have the funds in your bank account 2-3 days later, you may be charged a failed payment fee.
Payments will appear on your transaction statement, as Ezidebt NZ.

Concession passes:
10-Class Concession Pass - Price: $250 | Validity: 3 months from the first class used.
Once purchased, you have up to 3 months to start using your pass. If you do not activate it within this time, the pass will expire.
Extensions if pass is left unused:
You may extend the 3-month expiry period for a flat fee of $50, which grants you 1 additional month to use as many of the 10 class credits as you can.
No further extensions are available after this 1-month period.
Late Extensions i.e. you could not use all the credits within the 3 months from your first class booked:
You can extend the expiry date for a flat rate of $25 per week from the date of expiry. You may extend the pass for a maximum of 4 weeks.
This same policy applies to intro offer passes.
Intro & Specialised courses & classes:
Course Attendance Policy
Course Transfers: Please note that within 7 days prior to your course/class start date, we are unable to move you to another course date unless we are fully booked and there is a waitlist from which we can replace our spot.
Missed Classes: If you miss a class for any reason, you’re welcome to attend a make-up session in another course, provided the courses start within one week of each other, and the alternate course has a space available.
Please discuss this with us first so we can confirm availability and let the teacher know you’ll be attending.
If we’re unable to accommodate you in another course for a catch-up class, don’t worry — we’ll make sure you’re caught up on what you missed in your next scheduled class.
Attendance Requirement: If you miss more than 50% of your course, you’ll need to re-enroll and complete the course again from the beginning before moving into ongoing classes. This requirement is in place as part of our health and safety policy. If you choose to redo the next available course, we can give you 35% off the next course fee.
cancellation policy:
Any cancellations within 12 hours of a class will be subject to the full cost of that class be that a membership space, concession or one off pass.
Unlimited members who miss or cancel one or more classes within a 12 hour window each week will be charged a $10 cancellation fee per class cancelled.
