If pole is a new venture for you, or if would like a refresher on the basics, this is the course for you! Pole-Fit is a fantastic way to gain strength, flexibility and confidence while having a blast!

  • Course runs over 5 weeks, 1-hour class per week on the same day and time as your start date.

  • Learn at your own pace in a friendly, encouraging and safe environment!

  • After the intro course, continue your pole journey by attending any of the weekly ongoing "Beginner or Mixed Level" classes as often as you like, to further develop your strength, skills, and confidence!

Introduction to aerials

INTRO TO AERIALS - SILKS & HOOP (6 week course)

No experience needed

We are so excited to be able to offer our enthusiastic first-time aerialists an opportunity to get inverting and exploring the beautiful aerial silks and aerial hoop!

  • Course runs over 6 weeks, 1-hour class per week on the same day and time as your start date.

  • Learn at your own pace in a friendly, encouraging, and safe environment!

  • You will learn both hoop and silks to give you a taste of both.

  • After the intro course, pursue hoop and/or silks by attending any of the weekly ongoing "Beginner Level" classes that work around your schedule as often as you like, to further develop your strength, skills, and confidence!

Pole Fitness

intro to pole 5 week course (Step 1)

If you have never done pole before, please sign up to our intro to pole course where you can learn the basics at a slow pace with detailed explanations and demonstrations. You will be in a class where everyone is in the same boat. Once you have completed the intro course, you can then jump into our beginner level ongoing classes to grow your skills, strength, and confidence!

Beginner Pole

Prerequisite: Introduction to Pole 5-week course or already have a good command and technique of the basics.

Beginner pole is the link between the Intro course and the intermediate level. With a strategically designed beginner syllabus to help you further build strength and confidence, it will set your skills up beautifully for an even more exciting adventure in the intermediate level, pole flow, choreography, heels and spin pole classes.

Beginner Spin Pole

Prerequisite: At least 50% of the beginner syllabus completed. Unsure if you are ready? Ask your teacher and they will let you know!

Beginner spin is about introducing you to spin pole technique while learning how to utilise moves you have learned in your beginner syllabus. You will also explore how to link moves together to create some exciting combos and longer, creative sequences. Spin pole is heaps of fun and you will be given your own spin syllabus to learn from, setting you up beautifully for intermediate spin!

Mixed Level Pole

Minimum prerequisite: Introduction to Pole 5-week course

Mixed level class opens up an option on time timetable for you, if you have completed their 5 week intro to pole course and are working on your beginner syllabus or above. Regardless of your level, you will be working from your own syllabus.

If your class mates are working on something that is at a much higher level and you find yourself feeling intimidated, just remember, they started where you are now! Feel free to have a chat to them about how they started their journey and the challenges they faced. Everyone at Limitless is absolutely lovely and you might just make a friend.

POLE FIT: MIXED LEVEL LOW FLOW

Prerequisite: Must be able to do basic forward and backward shoulder rolls, pirouette and perform standard static spins with ease.


This class focusses on the domain where the ground meets the pole. You will learn beautiful tricks & transitions leading into a short choreography, that will not only challenge you but will significantly grow your repertoire as a pole dancer and/or performer. Best thing about it is it's FUN, a great workout and caters to beginners - high intermediate students.


Wear what you feel comfortable in! If you want to dance in heels you are welcome to bring them along however we recommend first focusing on improving low flow skills in socks, before adding the challenge of heels. Staying hydrated is important so do bring a drink bottle, knee pads are highly recommended to keep your knees comfortable. Please wear deodorant and freshen up before class.

Intermediate & beyond

Prerequisite: Completed 90% of the beginner pole syllabus.

Intermediate level is ideal for anyone who is well versed in the basics. Talk to Natasha to see if you are ready for this level. You will be given an exciting new Intermediate syllabus followed by intermediate-advance syllabus that increase in complexity and coolness as you develop your strength and flexibility. Rest assured, you can progress at your own pace.

Intermediate Spin pole

Prerequisite: Have a good command of the intermediate basics. Pease get in touch for specifics.

Learn how to apply your beginner and intermediate moves to spin pole using proper technique to create beautiful transitions, sequences and flow. Spin pole is great fun and is certainly a full body workout!

Aerial Arts

BEGINNER Hoop (lyra)

Prerequisite: Introduction to Aerials 6 week course or have a good command and technique of the basics.

Beginner Silks

Prerequisite: Introduction to Aerials 6 week course or already have a good command of basic silks skills.

Beginner silks will help build your skill and strength as you learn to develop a solid repertoire of tricks and transitions in the air whilst exploring creativity within the beginner silks syllabus through the introduction of sequencing and flow.

Beginner Hammock (new)

Minimum Prerequisites:

  • Can aerial invert and dismount safely with control.

  • Has grip strength to pull up and hang on a pole/hoop or silks for at least 5 seconds in a tuck position.

Hammock is a wonderful fusion between hoop and silks. Because it is a U shaped apparatus, is vertical AND a fabric, there is a huge amount of silks, hoop and pole crossover between moves, transitions and drops you can learn, as well as new moves and combos that are specific and independent to Hammock.

This level caters to folks who are confident with the prerequisites above on the apparatus they are currently working on. Hammock is also an excellent cross training tool and will assist with other disciplines. As with any new skill, consistency is the key to success.

Beginner - INTERMEDIATE HOOP (Lyra)

Prerequisite: Have a good command of the beginner hoop syllabus. You will be told by your instructor when you are ready to venture into this level.

You will learn beautiful transitions, spinning technique and use of dynamic movement which will lead you into the realm of complex hoop flow, exploring all areas of the circle, including the span-set above.

Intermediate - Advance Hoop (Lyra)

Prerequisite: Have a good command of the Beginner - Intermediate hoop syllabus. You will be told by your instructor when you are ready to venture into this level.

Strength & Flexibility

Active Flexibility

No experience needed, just a positive attitude and consistency for success!

Our Active Flexibility classes will help you increases flexibility in your shoulders, back and hips while building strength and stability in your body through physiotherapy-based exercises. Incredible for folks who sit at a desk all day, as it helps your body unlearn unhealthy practices such as poor posture, which can result in long term problems and pain.

As your neuromuscular coordination (mind body connection) improves in Active Flex class, you will be able to activate muscles you were unable to access before.

If you have flexibility goals, whether it’s splits or you just want to acquire better mobility, this will get you there. Give your body and mind consistency and time, and you will feel & see awesome results!

We encourage to chug along at your own pace and intensity, adjusting this over time as you become stronger, more familiar and confidant with the exercises.

Back to back classes. Do your flex class before your next class. Flex classes are a fantastic way to prime your body for pole, aerials or dance class.

You will need your own yoga mat, 2x yoga blocks and a micro resistance band. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Handstands

No experience needed, just a positive attitude and consistency for success!

This handstand class caters to all levels, from working towards a handstand on the wall, building endurance on your hands or working on more intermediate-advance drills to help you achieve freestanding and creative handstands.

Please don’t be shy to book into this class if you are new to handstands. This class is designed to be accessible to everyone and regardless of the level you are at, it will be definitely be valuable to you.

Handstands are an excellent way to cross-train the push muscles. This is especially useful if you are a pole dancer, aerialist or dancer.

It is certainly a full body workout and a skill that is fun to learn and requires no equipment which means you can practice anywhere!

As with anything, consistency is key to see progress!

Dance classes

HOW THESE CLASSES WORK:

  • Bookings essential. We are a boutique studio with small class numbers to create the best learning experience. 10 max per class.

  • use your membership credits, concession pass or one a off class to book in.

  • Every week, we will be dancing to a hot new song to keep things fresh, interesting, challenging and fun!

Heels class

6:30pm Mondays | 6:30pm Thursdays

Beginner Friendly

Heels class is about getting sassy and sensual while moving your body to hot tracks we know and love! Channel your inner diva, come have fun and watch your confidence grow. You will learn the basics of how to handle your heels, warm up exercises for your feet and ankles, how to strut in your stilettos and execute some simple but sassy moves and sequences that you will eventually incorporate in your choreography.

You can wear heels, kicks or keep it simple with socks. The main thing is you feel comfortable. Kneepads are recommended.

If you are not sure about the type of heels to dance in, google vamp heels and check out the fit guide directed towards heels for beginners. If you find or own heels with the same specifications to vamp heels, bring them in and test them out!


Contemporary

Beginner friendly

We are so excited to be able to offer contemporary dance classes. Contemporary is a true blend of everything, including classical ballet, jazz, modern dance and lyrical! It has a certain boundless quality, giving you the freedom to explore movement in a way other dance styles do not allow.

Contemporary will help you build confidence in movement while learning a beautiful routine to tracks we know and love. A fantastic way to build mind-body connection, improve cardio, let your hair down and have a great time! Highly recommend for pole dancers and aerialists to explore movement qualities that can significantly help level up your confidence and movement quality on and off your favourite apparatus.

We encourage you to dance in bare feet (socks) and kneepads are recommended. 


Floor flow

7:30pm Tuesdays

Beginner friendly

Floor flow is a mix of contemporary, lyrical and pole floor work which has been modified to exude a sexy and sensual feel. Learn beautiful slinky floor based moves and link them to create delicious choreography! Floor does not only make you feel empowered, it’s a great full body work out too!

You are welcome to bring your pole heels or just keep it simple and wear clean socks.

Kneepads are highly recommended to keep your knees safe and comfortable. Please wear long trackies or leggings to ensure you can squiggle and slide on the floor freely. if you are new to floorwork, tops with sleeves is encouraged.


LYRICAL

5:30pm Tuesdays | 6:30pm Wednesdays

Beginner Friendly

Lyrical dance embodies numerous components of ballet, jazz and modern dance. This melty melty dance style is beautiful, grounded, earthy and raw with emotion. It is a wonderful way to learn new movement patterns and pathways which can easily be incorporated in other dance styles, including pole and aerials.

Best to dance in bare feet (socks) and kneepads are recommended.

PLEASE NOTE: 6:30pm Wed will be unavailable next year from Jan 10th - March 6th as we are using this time for showcase rehearsals. 6:30pm Wed will return on March 13th 2024. A Tues 5:30pm session will be added next year Jan 9th.


CHAIRLESQUE

Beginner Friendly

Ever seen the movie Burlesque? Well, you can live out your showgirl dreams in this class, let your hair down and bring out your inner goddess. Learn chair dance choreography to slow, smooth and sensual tracks with a beat you can flick your hair to, circle that booty round and make you feel slinky and sexy as hell! You just might not notice how good of a workout this is because you will be too busy having a ton of fun! This is a safe space to unwind, feel and be unapologetically sexy!!

We encourage you to dance in bare feet (socks) and have kneepads handy for when you get low with it.


CHAIRLESQUE - 4 week block choreography

5:30pm Thursdays

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • The Chairlesque class at 5:30pm Thursday will be a 4-week block course and can be found under the courses section on Mindbody. It will not show on the app so please use the desktop version to book in.

  • If you are on membership, it should book you into all 4 classes automatically regardless of where you are on your pay cycle.

  • If you are on concession pass, you will need 4 class credits minimum to book in.

We offer a wide range of private lessons and instructors.

Our private lessons range from 1, 1.5 or 2 hours. Classes can be customised depending on your level, what you would like to achieve and the number of students in the private class. You can have up to 3 students in a private class.
